Experience with a human touch
Helping people feel clearer, more capable and less alone
Mari Minkel is a Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works virtually with adults, couples and groups. For 14 years, she has helped people navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, changing habits, sleep challenges and times when life feels uncertain or stuck.
Her style is warm, collaborative and practical. Sessions are conversational and educational, with an emphasis on useful tools that can be applied in everyday life. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all formula, Mari tailors the work to each person's goals, strengths, pace and preferences.
Mari brings steady hopefulness to her work. She believes that with thoughtful support, willingness and practice, people can make meaningful changes and feel more confident moving forward.

Coping with AI
Navigating technological change with clarity
Mari has been exploring questions about AI and humanness since 2008. Her Coping with AI work grew from an interest in helping people respond to rapid technological change with greater awareness, resilience and purpose.
AI adaptation coaching is available one-to-one and through groups and workshops. It is educational, practical and goal-focused—not psychotherapy—and may be available to people beyond Massachusetts.
